Angry Intel(R) Pro/Wireless 2011b Lan USB cant connect


I have a
Intel(R) Pro/Wireless 2011b LAN USB device to connect to my net work but i cant get it to work please help me out The light on the device does not work. But it is found when i installed mandrake.
