Intel PRO/Wireless 3945 802.11a/g can't get to work

Hey all i'm rather new at Linux and i just installed it on my laptop and i can't seem to get the card that came imbedded in the thing to work with my wireless internet (yes the wireless does work.)

I am using a:
Dell Inspiron E1405
1GB Shared Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM 533MHZ,2 DIMM
Intel Core Processor DUO T2050 (2MB/1.60GHz/533MHz)
120GB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive
and the "card" (is built in)is a
Intel PRO/Wireless 3945 802.11a/g Mini Card (54Mbps)
could not find help for it in the HCL or anyother part of the wireless forums. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Also i am using Redhat Fedora core version 4

Here's the driver in .rpm format: http://atrpms.net/dist/fc4/ipw3945/

You'll need three things: The user-space daemon ipw3945d, the firmware for the device, and the IEEE 802.11 kernel modules.
