Install CentOS 5.1 (x86_64) with Virtualization on ASUS P5K Premium/WIFI-AP

ASUS P5K Premium/WIFI-AP and ASUS P5E3 Deluxe have following 2 NICs:-
Marvell 88E8056 10/100/1000 Мbit/sec + Realtek RTL8110SC 10/100/1000 Mbit/sec. Neither one of them has been detected by CentOS 5.1(x86_64) during install on the box assembled with first one of mentioned boards. CentOS 5.1 (5.0,4.6) does detect Dual Marvell Yukon ( Marvell Yukon 88E8056 & Marvell Yukon 88E8001 on ASUS P5B Deluxe,ASUS P5B Deluxe WIFI) installer identifies each one of chips with no problems.
