help setting up dsl connection using dwl-520+

im new to linux
im have a wirreless dsl connection at home using xp pro, everything working fine. i have a wirless pci adapter( d-link- dlw-520+; the router im using is d-link-DI-624, using ppoe) redhat 9 doesnt recognize my wireless pci adapter. I went to d-link's site and found they dont support linux. does anyone knows if there is something i can do to connect to the web using the above mentioned devices, or should I just use network cable with my internal ethernet card to get on line? also, since the computer that im trying to set up is part of a network, will affect the rest of the network in any way, ? this computer connects to the net through another computer, do i have install redhat in the computer connected directly to the dsl modem ? any advised will be appreciated, thanks

If you want to use the ethernet card instead you can do that, should not need to change any of the other machines to do this.
