Help installing TP-LINK TL-WN722N AR9271 Fedora 28

Hello i am a new linux user on fedora 28. and i am still learning a lot of things. i have encountered some problems using it. but so far i have found the solution. this time i want to install my tp-link tl-wn722n just to make sure cause i'm not even sure if it is already installed or not. i have searched some but i dont understand most of them. can anyone help and if possible the command and what does it do? thank you very much

why are you using fedora if you're new to linux? it's a bleeding edge distro - do you have a masochistic streak?
