Help Getting Cisco Aironet 350 PCMCIA working

Ok, I'm using Slackware 9.1 and the 2.60-test11 Kernel.. I think it is working.. finally... I have a Dell Inspiron 8000.

I have an Intel Wireless 2100 mini-PCI card. I have to use the Linuxant Driverloader as there is no Linux support yet. This gets configured as eth0.

When the Cisco card is put into the socket, the Activity LED stays on. If I issue a cardctl, it does display that the card is recognized as a Cisco 350. I have modified the PCMCIA.conf file, and using cardctl scheme myessid doesn't do anything...

What do I need to do?

I don't hear beeps when the card is initialized... Is this because ALSA isn't quite working yet?

I have a similar problem, but the led on my card does not stay on. What does dmesg and /var/log/messages have to say about the card?

I'd like to know why I lost system beeps too, when upgrading the kernel to 2.6.0-testX with ALSA. If anyone has any ideas...
