Freeradius radacct is empty

Hi, i'm writting messsage about freeradius server with Mysql. Everything is fine for auth.But, my mysql table which is called by radacct is empty.I can not see anything like user download or bandwith.Could you help me? What is the reason of it.

is radacct in use in your radius.conf file? Or is there a specific type of data missing from radacct (just the duration data)?

it use default radius.conf which include dialup.conf.I think my nas devices do not send information about user.I regonize Monowall firewall has a part for radius auth.Then it fills all informations.
