I got it working on mandrake 10.1 but I'm not a mandrake distro always been a redhat and fedora....still neebe to linux

after few months of hard laber but loving it and never giving up....I got this wireless working and writing this on my laptop with the freedon of moving anywhere in the house and still on the WAN..

running
toshiba sallite A25-307
wpc54g v2
ndiswrapper-1.1
after research and research and reading and reading and reading some more I upgrated the kernel to 2.6.11-1.14_FC3.stk16 and then follow instruction for the ndiswrapper and wooopy I had wireless card running at full speed and lov'n it every bit of it...

one thing I learn about this is that I now I know more about linux than when I started.....

thanks you guys for all the info...really helped alot...f
