fc4 recognizes wireless card but not ethernet card


i have just installed fc4 on a sony vgn-bx196xp. the problem is ethernet card is not recognized, (but the wireless is).


i tried to add ethernet card but mine (which is marvell yukon 88e8053 pci-e gigabit ethernet) is not in the list of adapters.

i am a newbie and i cannot find a way. can anybody help me?

Try using ndiswrapper. It is a tool that allows use of the windows driver under linux on network devices. Lots of info here and at ndiswrapper site on it.
