DWL-G132 wireless D-Link
I am posting mostly in regard to wireless adapters for PCs. A linux user of three months, I have not found a wireless adapter card for my PC. Currently, I am using Fedora Core 4.0, but am willing to switch to Debian or Ubuntu if necessary to gain wireless support.
I have a wireless 108G AirPlusXtremeG (DWL-G132). Is there currently a universal driver available? Would one of the three distributions above support the product better?
If I am understanding linux news correctly, the Debian community is making an effort to be more of a universal operating system, whereas Suse and Fedora will stay in their own worlds? Perhaps, Debian will have more support for wireless? (this may be a very dumb question I am realizing as I type).
Thanks,
D
