You have the options of either using ndiswrapper, which you need to compile into your kernel (and thusly isn't as newbie-freindly) or you can use a driver from
Linuxant. They have precompiled modules and use the windows drivers for your card. You can download a 30 day trial to ensure that it works, then it only costs you $20USD for a permanent license to continue using it. They also have very good installation instructions on their website.
