changing MAC adress?

I have a USB prism2 card and I run the newest linux-wlan-ng drivers.

I was wondering if there is any way to temporarily change my cards MAC adress? If there is not in linux, is there a way to do it in windows

MAC addresses are changeable. It is often referred to as a "Locally Administered Address". You can change them in Windoze, but it has been a while since I have done it. Large network administration would be a night mare if you could not change MAC addresses. I have never tried to do it in Linux, although my guess is you can.
