cannot connect to wireless router
 
i have sony vaio vgn-c13 moel . i have installed opensuse10.2. i am not able to connect to wireless router . suse is detecting wireles card but i am not able to connect to net. do i have do something else???

Have you associated with the AP? Are you using an open network, WEP, or WPA? If you have associated, did you get an IP address? Does it use static or DHCP?

i am sorry i am a novice user.. plz tell me how to find all the info u r asking..though my card is set to dhcp.
