Question cannot connect mobile network in mandriva linux 2010 spring


I am using mandriva linux 2010 spring. i try to connect internet using mobile sony ericssion w200i it cannot connect it give an error message "Unable to open device /dev/ttyACM". please give solution. my mail id is pemravi007@gmail.com

It should read '/dev/ttyACM0'

Btw, we need more info:

What is the output of 'dmesg | grep -i usb' ?

What is the ouput of 'lsmod | grep usbserial' ?

What application you use to dialup the phone? Kppp, wvdial or another?
