pe1jmj LQ Newbie Registered: Aug 2003 Posts: 3 Rep:	Olah, Have some sort of the same problem. Running Ubuntu 9.10 on an HP 6220 laptop. I am using wicd. And have a broadcom wireless onboard thingy. The problem is that the wireless interface (seen as a lan interface btw) changes randomly when booting from eth1 to eth2 and visa versa. Any suggestions on how to nail the succer down to eth1 or what ever. TnX in advance, Cees
