Belkin usb F5D6051: chipset?

I have tried in vain to find out which chipset it uses. The FCC number did not appear when I searched the FCC database. Anybody know, or know how I can find out?

Three little letters on the blue bar at the top of this page... H, C & L.

You're welcome.
