Post Attaching an algorithm to tcl script in ns2


Hi guys
Urgently I need your help guys
I am doing my project in NS2
Actually I have an algorithm and I need to attach this algorithm to my tcl script
Can u guys plz explain me the process

I hope, you can use something like the above.

Actually i got Algorithm but i don't know how to convert it into program
Can anyone please help me out
I am new to NS2 That's why i am struggling guys
