Atheros wireless not detecting networks on resume from sleep

I have a very weird problem. I am running Mandriva 2010.0 on a Lenovo T61 laptop with an Atheros Wifi card. If I suspend to RAM at school and wake up at home, it does not detect any networks at all and will not work unless I restart the machine. However, the other way around - suspend at home, resume at school, works just fine. When I suspend to RAM at home and wake up at home, it works just fine again.

This is the error that I get when I do /etc/init.d/network restart

Quote:
Configuring wireless regulatory domain command failed: Operation not supported (-95)
[FAILED]
Bringing up interface eth0: [ OK ]
Bringing up interface wlan0: command failed: Operation not supported (-95)
Error for wireless request "Set Mode" (8B06) :
SET failed on device wlan0 ; Device or resource busy.
Error for wireless request "Set Encode" (8B2A) :
SET failed on device wlan0 ; Invalid argument.
[ OK ]
I also notice that phy0 seems to be using about 25% of the CPU while it doesn't at other times. Some more hopefully relevant output:

Quote:

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

I think it work one way, but not other because network configuration match one, but not other way.
If you can post networks configuration (IP, GW) at home and at school will be easy.
