First, please read
here. While I have no idea how to resolve your issue, at least at this point, a suggestion to help you get more replies would be to post details concerning the issue. As an example, did this happen all of a sudden for no reason or was this the result of a security or other software update/upgrade? Or a program that you installed or uninstalled?
Also, please open a terminal and post the entire results of these commands...
