Access point and wireless card need to be of the same vendor??


i dont think that access point and wireless card vendor has to be the same .........but jus wanna make sure that if i have a SMC access point ....and NETGEAR MA311 card ..will it cause any problem

They don't have to be the same vendor. Check out how well they might be
