about mac layer lsm hooks

hi ,
I want to add hooks at mac layer for wireless network but In linux security module framework there is no hooks at mac layer . Can we add hooks at mac layer?what may me it's advantages and disadvantages?
and is it worth to add hooks at mac layer for wireless network security ?plz send me reply as soon as possible.
