A tale of Linksys WPC11v4, Knoppix 3.9 (HD) (Debian), ndiswrapper, and wireless.

OK, here's a direct new thread. Somone please reply. I have Knoppix 3.9 installed to HD. This is a Debian system. I used ndiswrapper to install the XP Realtek driver to Linksys WPC11v4. modprobe'd ndiswrapper, ran ifconfig wlan0, ifconfig wlan0 192.168.1.100 (to set IP), and used KWiFi Manager to connect to the network. I connected to the network, and am able to access the router page, but no external websites work. Before someone suggests, I found an IP address and used that, to ensure it was not just DNS. No luck. Any ideas?

Hi.

What do you get when you do 'route' as root?
