802.11a EEEI Compliant

I am looking for a 802.11a IEEE compliant AP (DWL-7100AP) and PCI (DWL-530)card. I am open for suggestions of brand names. I like D-link DWL-530, but I am not sure of the chip set so I can't be sure there is a linux driver open source for it yet. I want the 5GHZ freq to keep freq separation from other 2.4GHZ devices. Please advise.

DWL AG530

I have been able to get the DLink AG530 to work with a ndiswrapper. ( http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net ) I have had it work in Mandrake/Mandriva LE 2005, Mandrake 10.1, Suse 9.2 and 9.3.

Mastertsung-

What driver did you use with NDISWrapper to get that AG530 card to work? I have tried extensively and cant seem to get it. Thanks.

Driver

I used the driver off the cd provided with my card. I used the NDIS wrapper that came with Mandriva and I am not using any encryption.

thanks

OK, Mastertsung, thanks for the tip. I'll give it a shot tonight and post back the results. I sure do hope I can get it working cause (not only was it hard ENOUGH to get my LT Winmodem working under Lin..... But) it SUCKS using dial-up when you're used to high speed.
