xen linux guest mac acquiring mac 00:00:00:00:00:00

Hi,

I have a xen networking issue. I am running Xen 3.0 on CentOS 5.3.DomU is also CentOS 5.3 I have the following setup for each vm:

1. Each vm is sitting in a separate LVM
2. Dom0 has two bridges xenbr0 and xenbr1
3. Firewall disabled on Dom0 and DomU's.
4. Each vm has two nic interfaces. . eth0 on domU is connected to xenbr0 and eth1 on domU is connected to xenbr1.
5. The nics are configured statically. The ip and mac are configured on the cfg file for each vm. Also the ifcfg files on the vm's are configured to reflect what info is on the cfg file.

There are 6 vm's on the same physical box. There is this one vm when it boots for some reason eth1 keeps acquiring mac address 00:00:00:00:00:00. When i edit the ifcfg file and restart the networking service i keep getting "Device eth1 has MAC address 00:00:00:00:00:00, instead of configured address 00:10:18:01:02:04. Ignoring." Even when i did ifconfig eth1 hw ether 00:10:18:01:02:04 same result. I can't find anything out of the ordinary in /var/log/messages and /var/log/xend.log. Your help is much appreciated
