Hi all,

But i can't locate the data. I would like to change the location on other HDD.

You haven't specified much, including the distro being used, but your VM's are likely in /var/lib/libvirt/images , which I believe is the default storage location for virt-manager (the GUI frontend for libvirt etc.).

Beyond that, it's just a matter of reading up the docs on changing the default storage pool's location to another disk. Presuming you're on Fedora, creating a link to the new location sounds like it's worked for others:

Good luck!

In case you are using KVM, not Xen or any other hypervisor:
Probably under /var/lib/libvirt/qemu. And you can probably change this in /etc/libvirt/qemu.conf, but good luck finding documentation for this.

i don't know what happens but pausing a VM doesn't occupies storage anymore.

The weird thing: I haven't change anything.

Also weird: IF kvm/virt-manager store data of paused VM, i still don't know where.

But anyway, thx for help.
