VirtualBox on Vostro V13?

Hi
I have a vostro v13 (intel celeron), and i have been trying to run virtualbox and install winxp, but i can not install win xp so far.
My question is: does vostro v13 can run virtualbox?
I did not find the VT on BIOS.

I see no reason why virtualbox wouldn't be able to run, even if VT is not supported on your CPU. VirtualBox does not require hardware virtualization support.

Maybe if you actually tell us what problem you're having, we can help.

Hi Adam
First, many thanks for your quick response.

I use Linux since two years, but still there are some programs i need to run from Windows, for example: internet explorer (it is needed for my work http://idse.imss.gob.mx/imss/).
So, if i could run virtual box normally, Linux would be the best OS for me. I like Linux for many reasons...

I could not install Win XP, i downloaded the ISO file, and mount it, but it just dont run on virtual box. I have seen some examples on youtube, but nothing so far.

If you can send me any detail tutorial, i will appreciate it. Maybe, the ISO file needs to be saved as USB bootable... as i do it on Windows.... using "Bootable USB Windows ( XP Vista Win 7) Maker 2011" for example...

Let me know if you need further information.

I do know of any tutorial. But all you need to do is configure the VirtualBox guest operating system to boot see the ISO image as the CDROM drive on the machine.
