VirtualBox and dmidecode -t4

VirtualBox 4.2.24

Is anybody able to get dmidecode -t4 working on a VirtualBox machine?

I have tried this on several VMs. I use the respective ExtraData snippets in the config file and the dmidecode command always comes up empty. The result is empty even when using the default VirtualBox values, which are documented as:

GenuineIntel
Pentium(R) III

Thanks.

Fedora 20 with VirtualBox 4.3.12 / CentOS 6.5 guest. I get:
PHP Code:
glenn@centos ~>$ sudo dmidecode -t4
# dmidecode 2.12
SMBIOS 2.5 present
