Not really, I suppose you could look into virtual appliances, but I would recommend you just make your own. In the virtual machine settings you can select an option for an internal network, connect all your machines to this and they will talk to each other, but they won't have any internet access. I was playing with this sort of thig a while back and what I did as part of my network was have a 2003 server, a linux client and an XP pro client, all on this internal network I also set up a second NIC on the 2003 server and used it as a gateway to the internet so all client traffic went to the 2003 VM then to th internet and back through my host internet connection. You could use that as a starting point. Maybe setup a Linux server VM, then setup a linux client and use the linux server as a gateway to the Internet through the host with a second NIC and you could start playing there.
