VBoxGuestAdditions 4.3.12 won't build on CentOS 7

When I try running the installer for VBoxGuestAdditions I get errors about not being able to find autoconf.h -- but as far as I can see it exists.

I had the exact same error with VirtualBox 4.3.4 on my freshly installed CentOS 7.0 64 bit box, turned out a known bug by reading the RedHat's bugzilla and was resolved using the latest VirtualBox 4.3.14.
