VBox does not auto-mount shared files

Hi! I am having some problems when sharing files with a Linux virtual box in a Windows host. I have selected the options Automount and make permanent, but each time I start the virtual box I have to manually mount the file, and it's tedious.
Can somebody help me??
Thankss

Based on your other thread I assume your trying to automatically mount a VB shared directory from the host?
Make sure you have a shared folder configured for you guest in vbox manager.
Add an entry to your fstab file like:
<name_of_share> /path/to/mountpoint vboxsf defaults 0 0

Also make sure that in your virtual machine (with Linux) you are member of the group 'vboxsf'
