transformation between libvirt xml and qemu native command

I need to transforme libvirt xml file to qemu CLI command and vice verse.
By using:
$virsh domxml-to-native qemu-argv demo.xml > qemu-args
I can get the corresponding qemu CLI command defined by demo.xml

Now, when I try to generate the XML back for the same CLI, it fails:

$virsh domxml-from-native qemu-argv qem-args
I got this error:

error: internal error missing index/unit/bus parameter in drive 'file=a.qcow2,if=none,id=drive-ide0-0-0,format=raw'
Could anyone provide any clue? thanks.
