RHEL 6 Virtual machine installation

Hi all,
Having a RHEL v 6.4 server with virtual manager. I tried to install virtual machine with the DVD with which i deployed the physical machine but installation completed till 911 out of 1110 packages and it stopped. Then i tried with 6.4 ISO now it stopped at 1100/1100 packages completed and waiting for 30 mins still same. Also for this it takes 5 hours. can u suggest me where i'm going wrong.
virtual hard disk - 30GB, / partition - 10 GB, swap 2GB, /boot - 1 GB, RAM 1024 MB.

After some time i got installing bootloader the asked for reboot. Once i gave reboot system stopped and looks as following snapshot. "kernel panic - not syncing"

Thanks

RHEL 6.4 is out of date
Please use the current in the slightly old 6 series
RHEL 6.6

to check the version
Code:
su -
cat /etc/redhat-release
rhel6.6 has KVM built into it

have you read the redhat kvm docs
https://access.redhat.com/documentat...erprise_Linux/
( click the "visualization" button for docs)

kvm wants access to the RHN for the install to update the software

use your redhat credentials you set up when you bought $$$ the required license to give it access

some questions

the host
How many CPU's dose it have
you NEED a min of 2
1 for the host and 1 for the VM
my HOME desktop has a i3 ( 4 cores ) so 2 go the the VM's i run in kvm
and 1/2 of the ram 4 Gig
now
do you have TWO or MORE nvidia 3d cards
if you have two or more you can use ONE in the VM
if not
the "citrix" ( vga ?? might work ?? ) will need to be set in the VGA section of the KVM settings
