i am trying to install RHEL5 in vmware with help of .iso image directly from my pc. the O.S is installed But the problem is: to install packages i need yum server and for doing that i had to mount the source.
in case of cd
# mount /dev/cdrom /mnt
and it start mounting...but can anyone tell me how to mount directly from an .iso image from my pc

And since you're using RHEL, you should call RedHat support for help..you are paying for it, since you're using RHEL, right???
