no internet access on redhat linux in vmware

Hi all,

I am using window 7. On that i have installed Redhat 5 linux on vnware 7.0. I want to make connectivity between linux and window machine. I can ping from window to linux but unable to ping between linux to window(showing "destination host unreachable"). Can anybody tell why it is?

For your information

1. window and linux both firewall are disable.

2. (1). window machine ip:
(2). linux(guest) machine ip:

3. in vmware network adapter setting, it is a "host to host" connection.

4. and in vmware network adapter, i set the ip i.e. same to linux:

At Windows 7, firewall has different views. Make sure your VMware network is in the views which you allow all
