naming convention of KVM VM snapshot name

Hi guys,
When we create a snapshot of the VM in KVM, we use the command:

[root@base images]# virsh snapshot-create test
Domain snapshot 1390629349 created

[root@base images]# virsh snapshot-list test
Name Creation Time State
------------------------------------------------------------
1390629349 2014-01-25 11:25:49 +0530 shutoff

I am just wondering the name of the snapshot "1390629349",
what does that mean ? Because it is not the UUID, this number is not according to the date or time related or anything
else ?

I know that by using parameter "snapshot-create-as", I can give a name I want for the snapshot but I want to know why the system is giving this type of number ?

Note: Also please someone tell me how to highlight the commands and the output in my post. I think there is some TAG which can be used here like <code>...</code> or something.

Thanks in advance !

as of snapshots names it is random number (so called hashtag). To decode it, you can write simple php-based script to decode hashed strings like yours (php function base64_encode()

as for highlighting - the BBcode should work fine here.....
