hi,
i have a centos 7 VM in a vmware.I like to know if after a crash or hardware issue on the console will appear any nessage.
or after reboot on the console will be any message related to the issue.

it depends on a lot of things.
But at first do you mean the console of the VM or the real host?
you can usually check /var/log probably you can find something related. But it depends on the issue itself too, probably you will see nothing or just a corrupted filesystem or "unable to ...".

it is the console of the vmware guest-inside is centos 7.

I'd suspect that a VM should act almost exactly like a physical machine. Any sort of logs that could be reported (if set up prior) would be available in either a VM or a physical machine. There would be a slight issue where any part of the host could affect client. As VM's get closer and closer to full integration with host you'll see more direct effects of hardware.
