Libvirt - server sertificate is not trusted

Hi,

I ve faced an issue in remote TLS connection
by using the below URI
virsh -c qemu+tls://hostname/system

followed the below steps in generation of certificates
1. CA certificate generation(placed in windows m/c (client) and also in KVM m/c)
2. Server Certificate (placed in KVM m/c)
3. Client Certificate (placed in windows m/c (client) and also in KVM m/c)
4. Changes in libvirtd.conf file and restarted the service

after the execution of qemu+tls://hostname/system then we got the error as
ERROR :
"Server certificate is not trusted and failed to connect to hypervisors"

when executed libvirtd --listen

ERROR : Failed to acquire pid file /var/run/libvirtd.pid resource temporarily available

Please suggest me with the solution to connect to KVM via TLS
