KVM Live Migration issue on fedora14

Dear All,
I have kvm(qemu-kvm-0.13.0-1.fc14.i686) installed on fedora 14.when i tries to migrate guest os with virt-manager, it shows below error:
"libvirtError: operation failed: migration to 'tcp:it1:49159' failed: migration failed"
i have checked minimum requirements for live migration and all are fine.
guest os is installed on NFS share.
iptables/ip6tables/selinux are disabled on host os and destination os.
destination os is also fedora14 and running same kvm version with same nfs share mounted at same location.
i checked logs on host as well as on remote host but not able to find out exact reason.
