Kali Linux giving "end Kernel Panic" error [screenshot included]

Screenshot; https://cdn.pbrd.co/images/1Xd9418i.png

I've gotten Kali Linux to boot before but then I re-downloaded the ISO file on another computer and now it won't boot in VirtualBox giving me the error above. I've tried re-downloading it multiple times, and booting different distros of Linux (when I got it started the first time I booted "Other 64" but I've tried Debian, and Regular which all produce different errors).
Are there any ideas on how to fix this?

Are you trying to run a 64 bit kernel on a 32 bit system?

The physical windows PC is a 32 bit system however I'm booting VB in a 64 bit virtual host.

I did a clean wipe on the physical Windows machine and I get it to boot however this happens now;

and then it just loops between those two.

that is a 64 bit operating system
you can not run it on 32 bit hardware

use the 32 bit iso for 32 bit hardware
