Why are you asking this?
Have you tried it and encountered a problem?
Have you put "QNX x86_64" into a search engine?

There are a few versions. The old 4 version ran quite well on a qemu vm.
The 6 version has or had a live media out there. Planetmirror long gone used to have it.
The OpenQNX fell apart.
However I am pretty sure any amd64 processor can backwards run x86. There may be issues with modern usb but it should run.
