Is it possible to do kvm live migration under lvm?

My production VM image is on lvm and physical is san storage.
I want to do live migration from production machine (production) to the other machine (test) for testing in case that my production machine has some problem so I can do the live migration.
I have problem with set up another machine to see the san storage under lvm of the production machine.
If I don't use lvm on production machine , the other machine can see the san storage easily.

yes it is possible if both hosts have access to the LUN, but you need to manage host access at the LV level, so that two hosts will not be able to r/w to the same LV at the same time.
Possible approaches - manage LV access using your own scripts (risky unless you're a clustering expert), use clvm, or install a ready KVM based solution, like RHEV or oVirt, that uses LVM on the storage side and does the management for you
