Getting access to a physical drive from within a Win 8 VM
Bit of a sanity check just in case I am missing something obvious.
I have a virtualised Win 8 client running under a Linux KVM/QEMU host. Question is how do I provide access to other disk partitions on the host to the VM?
The only way I can see is to use Samba networking and connect to the drive as a network share, is there any alternative way to do this that I am missing?
