Unhappy failed to activate storage domain

We have data center attached to RHEVM. but it is not activating in manager. It gives the error as follows :

"failed to activate storage domain"

We rebooted the hyperviser and manager but it didn't work.

So please anyone have any solution on this issue then please help us.

check the logs, both on vdsm (the SPM host) and on rhevm.
an even better idea would be to contact RHT support
