How can I solve it?
You can 'solve it' by either running the find command to locate the path where escxli is stored, or using the locate command. Again, things that a systems/network administrator with more than five years experience should know. And (as with RHEL), ESXi is NOT FREE, and if you're using it, you need to be PAYING FOR IT, which would then let you CALL ESX SUPPORT. Did you do that?
Like TB0ne said find out where the command resides, (the rest like calling VMware support, is completely and utterly unnecessary). The command should be in /usr/bin, so either prefix the path or export a sane PATH envvar. Something like 'export PATH=/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin' should do. Make it stick by adding it to your shell resource file.
