can't turn on my guest OS in VMware


Hi,
I've installed Solaris as my Guest OS and my Host is fedora 10 ,it worked fine sometimes ,but now i can't turn my guest ON ,whenever i clicked i get the following error
Code:
Unable to change virtual machine power state: The process exited with an error:
End of error message.
I don't have a clue

Erase all lock files in the folder containing the virtual image.
Look also in /tmp and /var/* , hunting those damn vmware locks.
You can automate their deletion in some /etc/rc.local
