Have you thought of running an online meeting, using something like skype, zoom, or jitsi ?

Yes zoom and jitsi were mentioned but nothing was tried, I think we have too many members for it to work the screen division would make us out as ants on most members small screens
I am not sure how technical presentations would work.
Thank you very much for the suggestion, sorry it took me so long to get back to you I had some network issues

Don't be so certain in defeat!
Zoom has a setting that has a big window for the main speaker and a set of little windows for choicest others.
As for presentations with accompanying text. That is what screen shareing is for.

Thank you I will look into it, I have personally only used zoom on my cell.
