Yum (yumex) dependency issue?

Ran Yum-Extender to install openoffice-extras and returned the following:

Resolving Dependencies
--> Populating transaction set with selected packages. Please wait.
---> Downloading header for openoffice-extras to pack into transaction set.
openoffice-extras-1.0.2-3 100% |=========================| 3.1 kB 00:00
---> Package openoffice-extras.noarch 0:1.0.2-3 set to be installed
--> Running transaction check
--> Processing Dependency: openoffice for package: openoffice-extras
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: missing dep: openoffice for pkg openoffice-extras

Wasn't one of the advantages of YUM that it was supposed to take care of dependency issues??

looks like the pkg is not there

The download was only 3.1 kb. That seems to small to be the acutal package. Perhaps you should include another repository in your yum configuration. I don't think I've ever installed the extras.

Dunno what it is either. Just got curious when I saw it listed. I've added loads of new repos but no luck so far
