YUM updater and download error

Hi, using my desktop and a 32 GB micro sd card running Fedora 24 MATE, I find I cannot update or install Dans Guardian and get this message:

Error(s) in building transactionupdate : libblockdev-part-1.6-1.fc24.x86_64
update : libpskc-2.6.1-2.fc24.x86_64
update : xmlsec1-1.2.20-3.fc24.x86_64
update : libblockdev-fs-1.6-1.fc24.x86_64
update : system-python-3.5.1-13.fc24.x86_64
update : libbytesize-0.7-1.fc24.x86_64
update : kyotocabinet-libs-1.2.76-11.fc24.x86_64
update : nss-pem-1.0.2-2.fc24.x86_64

Has anyone fixed this one?
I just got Dansguradian by Terminal and yum install.

It begins with "Error (s)"

It will not update the greater list and this list appears instead.

I mean not only Dansguardian but all the updates for Fedora 24.

Considering all the information you have provided I'd conclude something is wrong.
