yum update transaction check errors & mirror errors

I get the following 2 error message after running yum update -
my o/s version is RHEL-5.5

1.Transaction Check Error:
file /usr/share/ghostscript/8.15/lib/ from install of ghostscript-8.15.2-9.12.el5_5.i386 conflicts with file from package ghostscript-8.15.2-9.11.el5.x86_64

Can I safely bypass this ?

2.[Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
file:///cd/Server/repodata/filelists.xml.gz: [Errno 5] OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/cd/Server/repodata/filelists.xml.gz'
Trying other mirror.
Error: failure: repodata/filelists.xml.gz from local: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem

Can I safely bypass this ?

Ok, The first error is due to having both the 32bit and 64bit versions of ghostscipt installed. In MOST cases you only need the 64bit version(of any given app) installed(assuming you are running 64bit).

The second error is just that you still have your install media repo turned on and the disk is not in the drive. Just go through your repos and change that repo from enable=1 to enable=0.
