yum update

hi all,

i am new to linux...i am having problems in using says bae url not found..i am using fedora5 ..
please help me to sort this..

I think there is some wrong with your files under /etc/yum.repos.d ,you may configure them whit a new server.

If your computer is not connected to the internet, then you will get that error since Fedora Core 5 fetches packages from the web by default. You can configure it to use your installation discs (I am sure there are some articles about this in the Fedora Forum).

i am unable to configure the repos.d file.....i am connected to internet as well....i heard that if rpm don work yum also doen't work
if i use rpm -ivh *.rpm ...i am getting an saying NO KEY and giving some id no
